Tasting Room Ambassador
Dawn Strickmeyer has been cooking professionally for more than 20 years, and has a passion for organic ingredients, especially vegetable fermentation and charcuterie. She moved to Southern Oregon from Cincinnati eight years ago, enamored with the area’s budding vineyard scene, local organic farms and diverse culinary opportunities. When Dawn discovered Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden she immediately felt a bond with the wines and Cowhorn’s philosophy of biodynamic® farming. She deepened her relationship with the estate by joining the wine club, and now delights Cowhorn visitors and club members by pouring flights in the tasting room and creating specialty food pairings for club events.
