There are three easy ways for you to update your information with us: email Charlsie with the change details, or log into your account from our webstore, or give us a call at 541-899-6876. All updates must be received by the Saturday prior to billing date.
We have a very large shipment based membership. If you are signed up as a pick up member, this date is not for you.
Yes. Please notify Charlsie NO LATER THAN the Saturday prior to billing date of this change. Shipping and taxes will be added at the time of billing. Once billed, adjustments cannot be made.
Yes and yes. All RSVPs are required no later than Thursday prior to the Pick Up dates. Due to the exclusivity of this annual event, we ask that you keep your non-member guests to a minimum of two additional people.
Yes. Any future purchases of these reserve wines will be ready. You will be hearing from our staff very soon to arrange all the shipping or pick up details of your purchase.
No. We depend on these pre-determined packages to project what and how much wine to make each year. You are more than welcome to add any additional wines to your package by contacting Charlsie or any one of the tasting room staff members. (Some exceptions apply with our Reserve Members, if you have any questions, please contact Charlsie.)
Once the wine has been successfully billed to your card, it is yours to pick up. If you are planning a trip to the vineyard before our billing, please contact Charlsie to ensure Cowhorn has your wine available.
Yes, of course. This is your wine club and we want you to be happy. Please email Charlsie and she will give you a call soon.
Sure! What a great gift. Please email Charlsie with the details by the Saturday before your scheduled billing date.
Cowhorn has a 30 day pick up policy. If you are a member outside of one of our shipping states and/or we have already made alternative arrangements, this does not affect you.
